Nominations are open for the election of Federation Representatives in the Metropolitan Branch of the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW).
Federation Representatives provide guidance, advice and support to members of PFEW within the Metropolitan Police. You could make a difference by supporting your colleagues while also learning new skills.
You don’t have to give up your regular job though – workplace representatives can do their work alongside being a police officer. You can also work across a range of disciplines, e.g. conduct and performance, professional development, equality, detectives and roads policing, to name a few.
The Metropolitan Police Federation is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and a culture that actively values difference. Nominations for Workplace Reps are encouraged from members across all job roles, ranks, length of service and geographical areas. The Metropolitan Branch welcomes nominations from persons of any age, race, colour, religious belief, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability or marital status.
